    . What's your main products?
    YCX mainly provide POE IP security camera system including 3MP/5MP/8MP POE IP Cameras, PTZ cameras , WIFI camera and NVR, also 4 IN 1 cameras and DVRs. YCX developed own professional NVR software GUI 100%, which is stable and unique in the market, it could manage multi-brands IP cameras. Also all YCX IP cameras contain Hik private and standard OVF protocol, which can compatible very well with Hik NVR.

    . What's the MOQ?
    No MOQ required for sample order, at least one carton per model after sample order.

    . How long is the delivery time?
    Usually 15 days after order be confirmed; sample within 7 days. But it will take a little longer if with heavy burden of production task. The final lead time is based on negotiation.Most orders will be shipped via door to door shipping services like DHL, UPS, FEDEX, TNT. While some bulk orders will be shipped via air shipping or sea shipping based on customer's required.Meanwhile, the tracking number will be provided once the goods were sent out.
