YCX have strict quality control from original material to completed CCTV camera products with many steps.

Quality control of raw materials for CCTV cameras

Including CCTV camera housing testing to check whether it will has molars , scratched or the shape is deformed or not, IR cut testing to check if it work 100 times continuously whether will have issue or not, Lens testing to check whether the camera lens focus or not, Mainboards testing to Check the PCB icon whether it has false soldering or lack of plug at STM or not and working situation, IR LED testing to check whether the IR voltage stable and ensure all IR can on, camera cable testing to check whether the cable plug pin is right and compared with sample to check the appearance ect.
Step is CCTV camera module testing

it contain the IR Lens with IR cut and mainboards to adjust focus with focus map and check image color brightness, clearness and sharpness. In that way, it can check both IR lens and mainboards again. Then the cctv camera module will put into the assembly line again. After assembly, the completed camera will be put into the againg room to work at least 24 hours.
The completed camera will submit to QC testing

QC testing will check whether the camera will have black corner when focus on the white paper, then check image quality in the day, and put it into the dark room to check the night vision. After QC testing, it will be packed with neutral kraft box or customized OEM colorful Box.
Quality control of raw materials for CCTV cameras

QA will be doing the final things to choose 20% of the camera to testing camera package condition, image quality and firmware version correction. Whole process is finished, strict quality control win the customer, and ensure our customer win more business.
